West Texas Legislative Summit The Summit is designed to pull West Texas community leaders and elected officials together in a forum that allows discussion of West Texas issues. The Summit focuses on different areas of importance to West Central Texas. The first year s conference centered on concerns related to West Texas water resources, with succeeding years focusing on educational trends and population shifts, alternative energy, healthcare, transportation, agriculture, higher education and workforce challenges, West Texas local government issues, immigration and energy. Numerous elected officials will speak throughout the day, as well as experts in panel discussion topics. As the largest business-to-business tradeshow in the Concho Valley, this annual event offers unique opportunities for businesses, non-profits, and individuals. Boasting an annual average attendance of 2,000 people, 85 booth spaces are available to businesses and organizations for displaying their goods and services. Booths start at $400. Silver Sponsors Only fifteen Silver Sponsorships at $800 each are available at the Business Expo. These premier sponsorships include premium booth space and logo recognition on all Expo materials and online advertising, and additional signage at the event. 80% of 2015 participants rated this event Excellent or Very Good. at Business Expo Sponsors The largest of the year is held at the Business Expo with an estimated 400 people attending. The event is held at the end of the Expo, and also serves to announce the conclusion of the Expo s Silent Auction. During the event, the Chamber will draw for a cash jackpot, and you will have the opportunity to address the audience to tell them about your business and give away door prizes. This event can have multiple sponsors at $350 each. Exhibitor's Lounge Sponsor Almost every manager/owner/employee/decision-maker for the businesses exhibiting at the Business Expo visits the Exhibitor s Lounge during the event. By sponsoring this area at $1,000, your business is allowed to decorate the tables, distribute information, and provide volunteers for the area for one-on-one consulting or networking. The business logo will be on display at the event with signage, logo in Expo advertising with media. Grand Prize Giveaway Sponsor All attendees are greeted at the door/chamber of Commerce booth and asked to register for the grand prize drawing. The prize is usually a television, laptop, ipad, or some other gadget useful to businesses. With approximately 2,000 attendees seeing your business name/logo at registration plus special recognition during drawing giveaway/announcements, this is a great way to market your business! Grand Prize Giveaway sponsorship is $500, which goes directly towards the purchase of the grand prize.
