Sustainable workforce supply With 45% of the population under the age of 30, Macedonia has a plentiful supply of young and educated people. AIRBUS has recently started to use a highly sophisticated software package fully developed by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University Ss. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje.
