New York Ontario County 2 Draft Card B. Available on the Internet from Ancestry.com. On his draft registration, Bartron stated that he was a natural born citizen born in Barton, NY, Oct. 21, 1894. He was living in Victor, unemployed at the time. He noted that he had served four years in the Regular Army. The card was annotated later to say that he was discharged at Ft. This record indicates that Landry enlisted in 1920 and was discharged in 1921. Those dates would indicate that Landry might not be considered a veteran of World War I. His application was processed by the Monroe County Veterans Service Agency. Deaths Landry, Louis E. Rochester Democrat & Chronicle. Mar. 30, 1962. p. 8 (25). Landry s obituary mentions that he was a resident of Monroe County and was buried in St. Patrick s Cemetery. It states that he was a veteran of World War I. He was a prominent musician.
