Circles of Care was sited as team members top benefit. 2015: HRA and biometric screening pilot. Live Well Wellness Committee created. 2016: HRA and biometric screening rollout at all locations. 2018: GoodCare Clinic onsite health center launched. HRA/ biometric screening provider realignment to offer better integration with onsite services. Earn platinum workplace wellness award from WELCOA. 2020: Current discussions are around moving toward an outcomes based incentives for HRA/ screening program and inclusion of dependents on our health plan.
