Rules in Licensing Research (1) Non-exclusive Pay for up-front fee at least 20% of the research scholarship (in case of collaborating in the scholarship, in cash can be used for deducting.) Pay for Royalty Fee overall duration of the contract; payment method depends on negotiation; duration of the contract is not more than 7 years. (2) Exclusive Pay for up-front fee at least 40% of the research scholarship (in case of collaborating in the scholarship, in cash can be used for deducting.) (3) Sole right (1) Collaborating from the beginning have to be 50% (2) Additionally pay for 2 times of excessive amount that private sector did not collaborate from the beginning. *Private sectors that collaborate in the research program will have priority in negotiation within 1 year; count from program completion date. *If product distribution does not occur within 2 years since the date of signing contract, TRF will reserve the right by cancelling the contract.
