CLASS OF 2019 All information about the Class of 2019 is posted on the PHS website on the Class of 2019 link found under both the Parents tab and Students tab. K-12 PISD Students K-12 Seniors who have been enrolled throughout their entire school career in Prosper and have never withdrawn. Fill out the following link by September 14, 4:00 pm. https://goo.gl/forms/qo5mejwnzsmxnyaw1 Attendance Make-up All time must be made up by 5/17 and you must be cleared by Ms. Carr in order to participate in Senior Privilege Week. Time can be made up in Friday Night Reflection, Saturday School, before/after school tutorials and/or during Senior release times with a teacher or the office. PHS attendance form documenting time must be completed, signed by teacher(s) and turned in to Ms. Carr, Administrator. Yearbook Pictures and Ads Senior Pictures must be taken by September 14 in order to be included in the yearbook. They MUST be take by Prestige Portraits. All yearbook ads are due November 9, 2018 Yearbooks are on sale through February 1st. Prices will go up in Sept. and Oct. All questions regarding Pictures and Ads can be directed toward Lyndsey Hamlin lghamlin@prosper-isd.net Senior Privilege Release Seniors who have been in Prosper continually since Kindergarten need to register in the link to the left to receive K-12 cords for graduation. Deadline September 14, 2018 Grades It is your responsibility to ensure that you are passing all courses required for graduation. You must be passing all classes required to graduate before May 17, 2019 in order to participate in Senior Privilege Week. Fees and Fines All fines and fees must be cleared by Mr. Parr. UIL State Competitors 1

CLASS OF 2019 Go to this link and fill out the google form if you have qualified to participate at UIL State in any UIL event (academics, athletics or fine arts) during your high school career (at Prosper or elsewhere) Deadline to complete is 5/16/19. Transcript Process ALL transcripts must go through the Parchment website. Click on the Order Records Icon to order a transcript. Students can create an account by using the code sent to them in their PISD email or parents of students under 18 may create their own account. The first five transcripts are free. After the fifth one, they are $3.00 each. If you have questions, contact Michelle Hardy at mshardy@prosper-isd.net. Because of privacy laws once a student graduates or turns 18 whichever happens first, ONLY the student may legally request the transcript. The system will not allow for parent proxy to request transcripts. Senior Privilege Week - For Graduating PHS Seniors Monday 5/20/19 - K-12 Picture, Senior Picture, Yearbook Signing, Lunch Provided and Senior Video (Required) K-12 Seniors arrive at Eagle Stadium at 8:00 am for K-12 picture in Senior T-shirt then come to arena at 9:00 am (rsvp by May 18 to jjbrantley@prosper-isd.net ) K-12 Seniors MUST have been enrolled throughout their entire school career in Prosper never having withdrawn. All Students Arrive - 9:00 am to arena to sign in Dress - Regular School Dress Code with Senior Shirt (Must be in dress code) Students will take Senior Group Picture at 10:00 am after sign in Students will return to arena for yearbook signing (bring your yearbook) Senior Video will be shown Tuesday 5/21/19 - Field Day (Elementary Throwback) Tailgate Party (Required) Dress - casual/summer, swimsuits are allowed with parameters: girls may wear swimsuits with shorts and shirt/tank over, boys may wear swim trunks with shirts/tanks. Hats allowed. Lunch will be provided Arrival - at 9:00 am to arena to sign in Wednesday 5/22/19 - Final Walk and Senior Pep Rally (Required) 2

CLASS OF 2019 All Students Arrive - 10:00 am to cafeteria to sign in Dress - Regular School Dress Code Students Final Walk will begin at 10:30 am Students will walk from auditorium end to the arena. Students will enter the arena. Students will eat lunch in the cafeteria from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm (Lunch is NOT provided by PHS, bring your own lunch or purchase in the cafeteria) Students return to arena for the Senior Pep Rally Parent arrival from 9:45 am - 10:00 am for final walk. 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm for Senior Pep Rally. Wednesday 5/22/19-6:30 pm Top 10% Honor Banquet (Top 10% graduates) PHS Cafeteria begins at 6:30 pm Semi-formal dress RSVP number attending, meal choice, and payment for guests to Mrs. Mueller by 5/16/19 ALL Top 10% graduates will be notified - see Mrs. Weiss about completing your form, turning in your picture/letter and recording your video all by the May 10th. Thursday 5/23/19 - Adventure Landing Adventure Landing, 17717 Coit Rd, Dallas, TX 75252. (Required) Dress - Casual, summer but appropriate dress allowed (i.e. Nike shorts). Hats allowed. Arrival at 10:00 am to sign in at Adventure Landing (see address above) Food - Free, Unlimited entertainment 10 am - 2 pm as well as 2 slices of pizza and soda Tell Mrs. Mueller by May 13th if you will need transportation to Adventure Landing - those needing transportation must arrive to PHS by 8:30 am for transportation and check in at the cafeteria. Graduation Practice Friday 5/24/19 - arrival at 10:30 - am to Gym 1 (Required) Dress - Casual (i.e. Nike shorts allowed) Arrive - Sign in from 10:00 am - 10:30 am in Gym 1 Food - Breakfast provided by PHS at 10:30 am in Gym 1 11:00 am - K12 cords distributed by Dr Watkins. Senior Video Rows are in alpha numbers starting from the West side of the gym. Find the chair with your name. It will have the row and seat number for The Star (Ford Center). 3

Graduation CLASS OF 2019 Take a picture of it and text to your parents. Please tell your parents which side to sit (west or east). Pull the card from the seat and take it with you. Graduation practice (approximately 2 hours) at PHS Gym 1 Speakers will stay after to practice. The Top 10% as well as those students going into the military or first responders will stay to practice the flag presentation. Dress Code Reminders for graduation (Students will be required to FIX all dress code violations prior to loading buses.) Boys - dress shoes (no flip flops, sandals, sneakers), dress slacks or khakis (no jeans), button up shirt and tie and CLEAN SHAVEN! No earrings or facial earrings.natural colored hair. Girls - neutral colored shoes (no heels, no bright colors, no flip flops), no facial rings, natural colored hair. Saturday 5/25/19 - Arrive at PHS arena by 8:00 am PHS Arena. At 8:00 am. Line up in groups assigned during practice. Graduation Dress Code (students will be required to FIX all dress code violations prior to loading buses.) Boys - dress shoes (no flip flops, sandals, sneakers), dress slacks or khakis (no jeans), button up shirt and tie and CLEAN SHAVEN! No earrings or facial earrings. Natural colored hair. Girls - dress shoes, no facial rings, natural colored hair. Graduates will ride buses to The Ford Center (The Star), 9 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX 75034 If you need to ride the bus back to Prosper High School after graduation, then you must sign up by May 13 th with Ms. Mueller in the AP office. Graduates are allowed ONLY keys and cell phones on the bus for graduation. Lock all valuables in the trunk of your car. Once at The Ford Center, all graduates will go through security (wand screening/metal detector). Keys and phones will be held for the students at the check in stations and they will pick up these items after graduation before meeting up with family and friends. Graduates will meet families on the practice turf outside the concourse/building. All graduates will be presented a flower (Prosper Tradition) to present to their parent/family member. Those graduates riding the bus to Prosper High School will stay with their assigned teacher at the completion of graduation. 4
