General Overview: Dynamic, passinate, and mtivated Directr f Operatins needed t lead an innvative, fast-paced pediatric practice. Ability t perate the fllwing equipment: Standard ffice equipment including cmputers, fax machines, cpiers, printers, scanners, multi-line telephnes, etc. Educatinal Requirements: Experience: Bachelr s degree in Health Care Administratin, Business Administratin, Health Administratin, Nursing r equivalent experience. Master s Degree preferred. Minimum seven years executive-level experience in a medical grup practice setting cmprised f seven r mre prviders. Five years f hands-n clinic peratins experience including leading supprt staff in the executin f peratinal and custmer service best-practices. Minimum five years human resurces experience. Private practice cmmunity-based pediatrics experience preferred. Prficient in electrnic medical recrds.
