Thomas Busch, PHS Director of Bands & Music Department Chair: Trip Meetings Update Information: Meetings: Our first Chaperon meeting for the trip is Monday, January 28 @ 6:30 PM, Location TBD. This meeting usually lasts around 1.5 hours. Mandatory Student/Parent/Chaperon Meeting: Monday, February 11, 2019 in the PHS Performing Arts Center, Time TBA. From Mindy Jensen PMB President: Thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer over Chilirific weekend. There are still plenty of volunteer spots available. This is your last chance to earn hours and there are approximately 150 hours still available. Students can sign up to work before or after their performances. If you have signed up previously, please note your sign up has been updated with the person to check in with to accurately record your hours. Sign up for Chilirific volunteer spots is available at: http://signup.com/go/yvtcbou. From Lisa Voelker PMB Treasurer: Gas and Grocery Card Pickup Times: Tuesday Jan 22, 6:00-6:30, before pep band in PHS commons. Email me: lisa@thevoelkers.com. If you purchase gas & grocery gift cards, there is now a handy form available to make it easier for our card processing folks to ensure credit goes to your student's account. See the fundraising page on the website. Our card program is a great way to raise money for your student s music account in both band and choir! For groceries, we offer Woodman s and Festival gift cards. Woodman's profit is 5%, and Festival is 3%. We will split the profit between student accounts and booster general fund. We are offering $50 & $100 cards for both stores. We also offer Kwik Trip cards with a 5% profit to student accounts, in $25, $50, and $100 amounts. Send any requests or questions to Lisa Voelker, lisa@thevoelkers.com, 822-1045.
