Introducing Elizabeth Johnson I m originally from Evansville, IN and attended college at Indiana University (B.S. Biology) and University of Southern Indiana (B.S. Exercise Science). I m an avid runner, dog/cat mom, hiker, and snowboarder. I love to be outside as much as possible and got married in October. I have been working in the fitness industry since I was 16; most recently, at the Central Parkway YMCA, and have now begun my adventure with Springdale! I have taught a variety of classes including Yoga, Boot Camp, Water Fitness, Pilates, Zumba and TRX. I am currently certified in Personal Training, Group Exercise, and as a Wellness Coach. I love helping people put together a plan/program that is going to improve their life or let them accomplish a new goal, and I believe the best investment you can make is in yourself!
