Executing the Mission CONCLUSIONS Use of naval assets, scarcity versus a vast Area of Operations leading Force Commanders to coordinate and to respond to incidents in a flexible way A large variety of maritime tasks requiring swift, flexible and sustainable ships. Civil Military liaison and diplomatic interventions for the sake of ATALANTA A sound Legal Framework allowing appropriate naval actions whilst respecting fundamental rights of suspected pirates Belgian Defense contributes in a credible way to the EU force using F931 Louise-Marie
