Programme Objective To create awareness among faculty and students of Engineering and Science courses about various facets of entrepreneurship as an alternative career option as also to highlight the merits of pursuing such an option. Moreover, this program also aims to bring together the experts from industries, government agencies working in the field of entrepreneurship and students of Science & Technology and Humanities in order to provide a forum for the free and fruitful exchange of ideas and information for becoming an entrepreneur. LAKSHMIBAI COLLEGE A three days Workshop on Entrepreneurship Awareness is being organized by NIESBUD (Ministry of Skill Development), Govt. of India under NSTEDB scheme of DST for the students of Lakshmibai College from Friday, 16 March 2018 to Monday, 19 March 2018 (Sunday off). Objective is to create awareness about entrepreneurship as an alternative career option. There is no fee for the Workshop. Students will get a Certificate on completion. Home Science (FT, Nutrition & ADC) and B.Sc. Mathematics students of 2 nd and 3 rd year are eligible. 2 nd and 3 rd year students who have studied science in class XII are also eligible (get a photocopy of XII mark sheet). Interested students should register with Mr. Anish at Principal s office with a photocopy of their Aadhar Card and a passport sized photograph by Wednesday, 14 March 2018. Seats are limited. Registration will be on first come first serve basis. Workshop in College on 16-17 March 2018 will be for 4 hours each day and third day i.e. Monday, 19 March 2018 will be dedicated for an industrial visit.
