Supporters will be recognized by signage at the social. Take a Break Supporter $300 During the Summit, Sponsors have the opportunity to support refreshments breaks. Supporters will be recognized by signage at the sponsored event. SPONSOR / EXHIBITOR INFORMATION The deadline for reserving Sponsorship/Exhibitor space is March 1, 2019, or until spots are unavailable. Each confirmed/paid Sponsorship/Exhibitor will be documented with a received date. Once we know the number of exhibitor spaces needed, we will develop a layout of the exhibit hall. Each sponsorship level will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. If your selected level includes Logo and Ad submissions, please submit no later than March 1, 2019. Please email logos and ads to LEADER at info@laleader.org. To encourage Summit participants to visit with sponsors/exhibitors, we will once again have networking cards. We will provide more details to sponsors/exhibitors as the Summit approaches. Sponsors/Exhibitors are asked to set up by 11:00 a.m. on March 26, 2019. Participants will be encouraged to visit the exhibit area before the Opening Plenary of the Summit at 12:45 p.m. Sponsors/Exhibitors are asked to remain set up until 11:30 a.m. on March 27, 2019. As in previous years, we encourage sponsors/exhibitors to feature services and products which promote Person Centered Care, improve quality of life for residents and/or increase job satisfaction for employees who provide care to their residents and clients. Sponsors/Exhibitors may host drawings for door prizes to be presented during lunch on March 27, 2019. Sponsors/Exhibitors may elect to draw from their collection of visitors, or we will pull from our draw box for donated prizes.

Reservations must be made by March 8, 2019. EXHIBITOR CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS All exhibitor sales are final. No refund will be made for cancellations or failure to show. No refunds will be given for unused space or for space that is only used during a portion of the exhibit period. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE LEADER does not guarantee against loss or damage of any kind. The exhibitor shall understand that neither LEADER nor the Crowne Plaza Executive Center Baton Rouge to maintain insurance covering exhibitors property. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Any claims against any party other than LEADER are to be submitted directly to the party involved. BOOTH INFORMATION Each booth includes one 2 x6 skirted table and two chairs. Please complete the information on the next page pertaining to your booth. SHIPPING OF MATERIALS Exhibitor personnel are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements. Shipping of goods to and from the exhibiting site must be made at least 1 week prior to the exhibiting date but should not arrive any earlier than 5 days prior to the exhibit date. All items must be numbered and clearly marked for LEADER/Carlos Santana, as well as your s name, and the contact person who will claim the item(s). PRIVACY POLICY FOR USE OF ATTENDEE INFORMATION LEADER shares the contact information of attendees before and after the Summit as a benefit to exhibitors. By signing this contract, exhibitors acknowledge that the use of this contact information unrelated to the promotion of products and services featured at the March 26-27, 2019 Summit, or the distribution of this information to a third party, is strictly prohibited. PROTECTION OF THE TRADE SHOW FACILITY Exhibitors are liable for damage to the property: no material or matter of any kind shall be posted, tacked, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building and furnishings. Whatever may be necessary to protect the building, equipment, or furniture will be installed at the exhibitor's expense. Painting in the space is prohibited. The cost of repairing any damage to the facility caused by the exhibitor, its employees, representatives, or agents will be billed to and paid by the exhibitor.
