PUBLIC CALL - PPGENF OFFICIAL NOTICE NUMBER: 01/2018 FOR THE NATIONAL POST DOCTORATE PROGRAM / CAPES SELECTION The Nursing Graduate Program Coordination of the Biological Sciences and Health Center from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (PPGENF / CCBS / UNIRIO), hereby announces the opening of the Selective Process for the National Postdoctoral Program - PNPD/ CAPES, to fill out 01 (one vacancy), regulated by CAPES Ordinance No. 086/2013. The selected researcher will work with the PPGENF in the following area of concentration - Nursing, Health and Care in the Society, within one of these Program research lines: Nursing: Knowledge and Practices of Care and Being Taken Care; Health, History and Culture: Knowledge in Nursing. 1.1. Prof. Wellington Mendonça de Amorim PhD. CLAUSE 1 SCHOLAR CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 1.1. Hold the doctorate degree, at the implementation of the scholarship, obtained in courses evaluated by CAPES and recognized by the CNE / MEC. In the case of a diploma obtained in a foreign institution, it must be analyzed by the Program Executive Committee; 1.2. Provide an up-to-date curriculum in the Lattes Platform of the CNPq (http://lattes.cnpq.br/) or, if foreign, a curriculum with a history of patent registration and / or publication of scientific and technological papers of impact and / or awards of academic merit, projects supported by development agencies; 1.3. Not being retired or in a similar situation;

1.4. The applicant can apply in one of the following ways: a) Being a Brazilian or foreign resident in Brazil holding a temporary visa, without employment relationship; b) Being a foreigner, residing abroad, without employment relationship; c) Being a teacher or researcher in the country with an employment relationship in higher education institutions or public research institutions. Paragraph 1. The foreign candidate residing abroad must prove a residential address abroad at the time of the application submission. 2º Substitute teachers may be approved in modality "a" of subsection V, without damage to their teaching activities, after analysis and authorization of the Graduate Program. Paragraph 3. Candidates approved in modality "c" must present proof of departure from the institution of origin, for a period compatible with the validity period of the scholarship. Paragraph 4. Candidates approved in modality "c" will not be able to carry out the postdoctoral internship in the same institution with which they have an employment relationship. CLAUSE 2 THE SCHOLARSHIP 2.1. A scholarship will be available, set and paid by CAPES directly to the scholarship holder. 2.2. For the scholarship holder approved in modalities "a" and "b", the scholarship will last 12 (twelve) months, and may be renewed annually for up to 48 (forty-eight months) upon recommendations of the Program Executive Committee. 2.3. For the candidate approved in modality "c", the scholarship will last no longer than 12 (twelve) months, with no possibility of renewal. CLAUSE 3 - SCHOLAR PROFILE 3.1. Nurses or health professionals and the like. CLAUSE 4 - DOCUMENTATION NEEDED FOR APPLYING 4.1 Documentation: a) Application form duly completed and signed;

b) Copy of the Doctorate Diploma (legible, front and back); c) Copy of the history of Graduation and Post-Graduation (legible, front and back); d) Curriculum updated on the Lattes platform, or if foreign, curriculum completed according to annex III of CAPES Ordinance Number 086/2013 (https://www.capes.gov.br/images/stories/download/legislacao/portaria_86_2013_regula mento_pnpd.pdf); e) Copy of the identity card and the CPF, if foreign, must present identification document (passport or RNE - National Registry of Foreigners). f) Copy of proofs of scientific production, from the period of 2011 to 2017. g) Research project with work plan inserted in one of the research lines of the Program. h) Letter of consent of the proposed tutor. CLAUSE 5 CANDIDATES SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION 5.1. Registrations for the National Postdoctoral Program Selective Process, from March 1 to March 30, 2018, at the Teaching Secretariat of the PPGENF, located at Rua Dr. Xavier Sigaud, 290, 2 nd floor room 203, Urca - Rio de Janeiro / RJ, from 10 am to 2 pm. 5.2. Applications can also be mailed via an express delivery service, in an envelope containing the required documentation and addressed to Rua Dr. Xavier Sigaud, 290, 2 nd floor - room 203, Urca - Rio de Janeiro / RJ, zip code:22.290-180, with postmark up to the last registration day. a) The candidate who applies by correspondence must, obligatorily, communicate to the Program by email: secretariappgenf@gmail.com, not configuring this communication as the registration. 5.3. Applications received by mail will be verified, upon receipt by the PPGENF Secretariat, regarding the fulfillment of the requirements for their acceptance, according to items 5.1 and 5.2 of this announcement. 5.4. Candidates are solely responsible for the information and documentation they provide for registration, which cannot be changed or supplemented in any way. 5.5. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline. 5.6. The selection will be conducted under the PPGENF Committee responsibility, from 03/01/2018 to 04/09/2018, according to the following schedule:

The dissemination of the result will be on April 9, 2018, starting at 3 pm at the PPGENF Teaching Secretariat and via the electronic address: http://www2.unirio.br/unirio/ccbs/ppgenf CLAUSE 7 SELECTION 7.1. The selection process will include analysis of the curriculum, research project and work plan to be developed. It will be indicated to receive the PNPD grant, the candidate who meets the necessary requirements and obtains the highest final score in the selection process, considering the arithmetic average of 7 (seven), the minimum score for classification. 7.2. Curriculum evaluation will be based on the assessment of publications (articles, chapters and books) for the period 2011-2017 (Annex II). 7.3. Adherence, relevance, coherence and feasibility with one of the PPGENF research lines in will be considered in the evaluation of the research project and work plan (Annex III). 7.4. The selection process will be composed of curriculum evaluation (Weight 50), analysis of the research project and analysis of the work plan (Weight 50), resulting in the arithmetic mean. 7.5. The candidate who fulfills the necessary requirements and obtains the highest final score, considering the minimum grade for approval 7, 0 (seven), in the selection process, assigned by the PPGENF Committee, will be indicated to receive the CAPES PNPD scholarship.

7.6. Eventual draws will be resolved, successively, by the highest grade: Research Project and Work Plan and Curriculum Lattes; 7.7. The vacancy will be occupied by the approved and classified with the highest grade candidate. 7.8. If the tie persists, the oldest candidate shall be appointed. CLAUSE 8 - POST-DOCTORAL OBLIGATIONS 8.1. Dedicating fully to the activities of research, teaching and, if necessary, social insertion foreseen in the work plan. 8.2. Conducting individual lecture or research seminar, throughout the internship, presenting results. 8.3. Preparing a final report of the research and the work plan with the activities developed and the results obtained in the scope of Post-Doctoral Training within 60 (sixty) days after the scholarship closing. 8.4. Submitting an assignment resulting from the research for publication, in co-authoring with the tutor articulated with the postgraduate PPGENF student and other researchers (national or international), in a Nursing Area journal with classification between strata A1 and B1, during the current scholarship. 8.5. All the intellectual and / or technological production of the post-doctoral student, during his / her stay in the Program, must make reference to the tutor and his / her affiliation to PPGENF / UNIRIO. 8.6. The postdoctoral work plan should include activities in the PPGENF and the Undergraduate Nursing Course, both from UNIRIO, as well as offering courses, workshops, seminars, and effective participation in national and international events. CLAUSE 9 - GENERAL PROVISIONS 9.1. Participation in the Postgraduate Program does not generate a link of any kind between the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UNIRIO and the postdoctoral student. 9.2. The missing cases will be solved, within the scope of the Program, by the Collegiate of the Postgraduate Course in Nursing - PPGENF; and, if necessary, the UNIRIO Graduate Chamber.
