The 38 th Session of the Management Committee of the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity 27-29 November 2014, Yangon, Myanmar Document MC-38/INP-12 (Add.1) 14 November 2014 Secretary General Addendum 1 to Document MC-38/INP-12 Report of the Secretary General for the Year 2014 MC-37 approved the proposal by the Secretary General on the Recognition and Appreciation of individuals who have contributed to the APT work by its decision No. 15 (MC/37/WPG). Further MC-37 agreed that the Secretary General would prepare necessary internal guidelines for recognizing the individuals and start implementation on a trial basis during 2014 and to report to the next session of the Management Committee on the outcome of the trial. Accordingly, APT Secretariat prepared the necessary internal guidelines for recognizing the individuals. These guidelines were implemented on a trial basis from 1 st May 2014. The scheme was well received by the recipients as an encouragement and recognition of their work. This Addendum 1 to Document MC-38/INP-12 contains 2 annexes as follows: Annex 1: Internal Guideline for Recognition and Appreciation of individuals who contribute to the work of APT Annex 2: List of work program office bearers and others recognized and appreciated by awarding certificates and plaques during 2014.
