Methodology: The KPI calculation is based on tracking individual students who entered a program of instruction in a particular enrolment reporting period, and assessing how many of those individuals completed the program over 200% time frame (period of 7 years is used for tracking applied degree. For each program of instruction, students who transfer out are removed from the group that is being tracked and, and those who transfer in are added. The enrolment numbers for 2013-14 reporting year are determined by taking the new student data (first year first semester) from calendar years 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2011 for programs with four-year, three-year, two-year and one-year duration s respectively.
