The Transfer Student Reception is for you! TUESDAY, JANUARY 8 4:30-6:30 p.m. Twisted Tuesday Location: Osprey Plaza Come on out to Osprey Plaza this Tuesday for a DIY craft. All supplies are provided, all you need is your Osprey 1Card! This craft/giveaway is LIMITED and is on a first-come, firstserved basis, so make sure to arrive early!

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 9 Blue and Gray Wednesday 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Healthy Pantry Picks: Dorm Edition Location: Outside of Student Wellness Complex, inside lobby if raining Grab a must-have healthy dorm snack list from your Wellness dietitians and learn about some easy foods to keep in your dorm. Wellness dietitians will provide samples of different healthy snacks you can buy at local grocery stores or on campus. 4-6 p.m. Building a Zen Den Location: Pavilion outside Osprey Hall Sponsor: Housing and Residence Life Bring yourself back home to campus by building a terrarium or zen garden with housing! All supplies are provided, but feel free to bring your own container to fill with plants! Bring a mug and enjoy some herbal tea while we also talk through tips and tricks to make sure your transition back to campus and life with your roommate are tranquil too! 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Swoop Cinema featuring Black Panther Location: Student Union Auditorium Sponsor: Osprey Productions First movie night of the semester! Come watch Black Panther and enjoy some popcorn and candy with your friends. FREE with Osprey 1Card! Parking is free in the Arena garage after 8 p.m. THURSDAY, JANUARY 10 10 a.m. - noon Welcome Back Snacks at the Library Location: Library, Building 12, First Floor Lobby Sponsor: Thomas G. Carpenter Library Visit the Library s first-floor welcome desk for a quick snack. A friendly librarian will be there to help answer questions and point you in the right direction.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 10 3-4 p.m. Multicultural Student Welcome Reception Location: John A. Delaney Student Union, Bldg. 58W, Room 3703A (Ballroom A) Meet and connect with multicultural students, faculty and staff at the University over light refreshments and a fun introductory activity. Chew on This: Race and Religion Location: Founders Hall, Building 2, Room 1400 Join the Interfaith Center and local faith leaders for discussion over dinner of how sacred texts speak to issues of race and racism. Rainbow Welcome Location: 58W/ 3703 Ballrooms Sponsor: LGBT Resource Center Come see what the LGBT Resource Center is all about! Learn more about what the Center offers, meet our staff and discover ways to become involved in all things LGBTQ+ at UNF and in Jacksonville. Open Zip Line Location: Building 54, Lot 100. (Osprey Challenge Course) Join UNF s Eco Adventure out at the Osprey Challenge Course. Come enjoy our 300-foot zip line that crosses lake Oneida. This event is free; However please be sure to bring your UNF student ID and a pair of closed-toe shoes! 6-9 p.m. Karaoke at the Boathouse Location: Student Union, Boathouse Sponsor: UNF Dining Enjoy karaoke at the Boathouse! Sing your heart out and enjoy great food with great friends. FRIDAY, JANUARY 11 2-4 p.m. Friday Lounge Location: Founders Hall, Bldg. 2, Suite 2100, Women s Center Lounge Sponsor: Women s Center Join us for the first Friday Lounge of the semester. There will be lots of food, fun and good conversation. The Friday Lounge provides students with opportunities to engage in activities and respectful dialogue on topics that impact us.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 11 3-5 p.m. Swoop Latin Dance Class Location: Mind, Body, Soul Studio in the Wellness Complex, First Floor This is a dance class hosted by LASO; students are invited to learn some Latin dances like bachata and salsa. This class is free for students with an Osprey 1Card. Check in is at the Student Wellness Complex desk. Winterfest Location: Osprey Plaza, Student Union Join us for the annual Winterfest hosted by Campus Life! Get excited for an evening full of fun activities and free food. This event is FREE for UNF students and their guests. Hope to see you there! SATURDAY, JANUARY 12 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Basketball: UNF vs. FGCU Location: UNF Arena Sponsor: Athletics Come support the women s (1 p.m.) and men s (5 p.m.) basketball teams as they face off against Florida Gulf Coast University. Entry is free with valid Osprey 1Card! 3-5 p.m. Party in the Plaza Location: UNF Arena Plaza Sponsor: Athletics Come enjoy FREE food, music and more at our pre-game party!
