Addendum to the 2009 NAMSS Staffing Study Verbatim Comments In 2009, NAMSS commissioned a study to obtain benchmark data and establish key findings relevant to the medical staff services/credentialing field. Information was collected on the various domains and tasks executed by practitioners. Respondents were given the opportunity to specify the position/title, facility type, and the individual responsible for particular tasks.
