Freedom Flyer Page 3 3 DIRECTOR We are in the last half of 2015 and the last couple of months have been very hot. Only the brave ones are out riding unless it is night. I heard they had a great full moon ride this last month. October is the first month for nominations of new officers. As I told you last month I do not intend to run this year. I have too many obligations beside HOG to do a good job. I thought I would have more time being retired but it didn't work out that way. So this meeting we will call for the first nominations for Director, Asst Director, Secretary, Treasurer and Ladies of Harley. In November we will call for final nominations and at the December meeting we will vote for next years officers. Start thinking now about running for one of these offices. After the meeting in October we plan on riding to Vista, CA to check out the old tractors and motors. You can search on line to see what all is involved. Just key in Vista Tractor and Motor Show, October 18, 2015. If you have any interest in old motors these usually are great shows. We have been to the one in Cambria and also Highland and you will be amazed at what people can restore. See you at the meeting on October 18th don t forget the meeting starts at 10 am as requested by Quaid s. Ride Safe and have fun...
