De Mujer a Mujer, Inc. will be providing a $500.00 scholarship to 1 graduating high school Hispanic female senior. It is our pleasure to help reward those Hispanic females with a desire to make a positive impact on our community and the world. SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Applicant must be a graduating female senior (of Hispanic/Latino descent) from a Middle GA Public High School. 2. Applicant must have at least a 3.0 G.P.A. 3. Applicant must have a good attendance record. 4. Applicant must be a full time student. 5. Applicant must have completed at least 12 hours of community or volunteer service in the past year. 6. Applicant should also submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher, administrator or counselor. 7. On a separate sheet of paper, TYPE a 500 WORD ESSAY on why you should be considered for this scholarship. 8. Applicant is required to submit a completed, signed and dated application by April 30, 2019. PLEASE PRINT USING BLACK INK. NO EMAIL APPLICATIONS OR LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACEPTED. Your essay should be double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font, one inch margin on all sides, name typed in the upper right-hand corner of each page.
