The SJCP Booster Club is proud to present its quarterly Revenue/Expense statement for the period ending September 30, 2013. Attached are the Revenue and Expense statements that cover from the SJCP Booster Club s creation through September 30, 2013. History The SJCP Booster Club was created over the fall and winter of 2009 and elected its first official board during the summer of 2010. The official goal of the SJCP Booster Club is to support the Athletic programs at Saint John s Catholic Prep in conjunction with the schools annual athletic budget. The SJCP Booster Club Board: President: Vice President: Treasurer: Secretary: Registrar: Pat Crowley Dan Ogren Vacant (Pat Crowley Interim) Cherie Baker Casey Coulehan Events The SJCP Booster Club has sponsored several events including the first Annual Alumni LAX game between the Boys Varsity Lacrosse team against a group of alumni lacrosse players during the spring of 2010. The event was a great success with the goal of bringing as many alumni back to the campus at SJCP. The second Annual Alumni LAX game was played on Monday, May 23, 2011 and enjoyed equal success. A group of parents along with the SJCP Booster Club organized the first Poker Night that occurred on March 12, 2011 that raised over $3,000 for the sports programs at SJCP. The SJCP Golf Tournament was revitalized and over 70 golfers participated on Monday, April 18, 2011 at Holly Hills Country Club. The event rose over $5,000 for the school s athletic budget. The SJCP Golf Tournament for 2012 was rained out for the scheduled date of Monday, April 23, 2012 at PB Dye Golf Course. It was then re-scheduled on Monday, June 11, 2012 and raised over $5,000 for the school s athletic budget.

The first Annual SJCP Booster Club BBQ Bash was held on Saturday, November 26, 2011 @ McSherry Gymnasium from 5pm to 10pm. The event drew over 100 participants including parents, past parents, faculty and alumni of SJCP. The event was a success and we are looking forward to building on the first event to draw even more alumni back to SJCP. The second Annual SJCP Booster Club BBQ Bash was held on Saturday, November 24, 2012. The event brought together many SJCP families, alumni and faculty. The event raised over $3,000 thousand dollars for the SJCP Athletic teams. The SJCP Booster Club staffed the Swinetastic BBQ Festival Beer Garden on Friday, June 15, 2012 and Saturday, June 16, 2012. The event raised $5,000.00 for the SJCP Athletic teams. IN June of 2013, we again staffed the Swinetastic BBQ Festival, raising over $6,500 for the Booster Club.
