Staley Distinguished Scholar Convocation @ Alice Lloyd College WHAT HAPPENED --- Tommy was invited to speak to the student body & faculty as part of the national Staley Distinguished Scholar series. A roomful of students who were moved by Tommy s presentation asked him to join with them later that evening to pray & plan how too strategically reach their campus for Christ. Numerous students made a commitment to either accept Jesus Christ or to rededicate their lives to Him during this special weekend.
WHERE Hilton Head Christian Academy, Hilton Head, South Carolina WHO --- Tommy spoke to the following audiences: A daily school - wide chapel service to students, faculty & staff A special meeting for parents without children A special meeting for coaches, athletes& their parents WHAT HAPPENED --- Tommy was the speaker for Spiritual Emphasis Week which resulted in many lives being spiritually impacted and many decisions recorded. Several students & staff shared what God was doing in their lives during the week. Several churches in the community heard of what was happening and asked Tommy to speak to their youth during the week as well.
