Executive Team Robert Janssen, a dual citizen of the United States and Brazil, began his career in the IT sector in 1986. He occupied several executive positions in American and Brazilian corporations, focused in international business development until 2001. Today, he is the managing partner for Outsource Brazil, providing advisory services for business growth and market development strategies for organizations wanting to expand business in the North and South American markets, Europe and Asia. Robert is one of the most sought speakers on Brazilian Information Technology concerns, having delivered over 150 presentations around the five continents. He also maintains a special informative blog: www. brasilexportati.com Alexandre Chrokatt de Sá, is a seasoned executive with 26 years experience in the outsourcing/off-shoring space. He held executive positions at EDS and CPM Braxis, where he was responsible for establishing their global delivery services practice. In both organizations, he was recognized for his ability to work with multiple cultures, and developed a global network that provided him the opportunity to experience a large variety of roles, in different countries and for different industries. Alexandre is an experienced administrator, having managed IT operations of 500+ staff and budgets of 50+ million US dollars. He has managed business operations in 3 countries simultaneously and global programs with more than 1,300 staff located in all continents. Alexandre Rosa, is an Electronic Engineer with an MBA in IT Governance. He started his career in 1997 as one of the team leaders for the Y2K program deployment for the largest Brazilian editorial conglomerate Editora Abril. After that, Alexandre was selected to become part of a special team that would build the first Latin American Data Center for Optiglobe, today Tivit. He has developed a Data Center Best Practices Plan with focus on the business that has become the standard for several industries, including Finance, Petrochemical, Automotive, Retail, Communications, Transportation & Logistics and Government. Today, Alexandre is recognized as one of the top executives in his field, having implemented several data centers not only in Brazil, but also in North America, Europe and Asia.

Robert (Bob) Hartmann, has been involved in outsourcing for the past 25 years, working with companies like EDS USA and Logica London. While working for these companies, he participated in business development and program management roles in North America, Europe, Mexico and Brazil. After leaving Logicahe began working with off-shore companies whose strategic plan was to penetrate the off-shore outsourcing markets in North America and Europe. He has been involved with outsourcing/offshoring projects in India, Malaysia and China. Bob, as he likes to be called, has his areas of expertise in strategic planning, alliance management and tactical. planning and execution. Fritz Schritchte is Managing Partner of Diversified Global and has 20 years of International experience in IT marketing, business development and fund raising. In management roles at IDG, CMP, Nikkei and his own companies, Fritz has launched new business ventures in Europe, South America, Russia, the US and Asia. Fritz has built a strong network of investors and business partners to help clients in mobile technology, IT and clean energy build their businesses and expand into new markets. Luciane Schutte has been working in the IT sector for the last 28 years. She launched multiple business ventures in Brazil, established national and international partnerships, raised funds, developed associations with government entities, and coordinated the technical and commercial teams. Was directly responsible for the successful strategy planning and deployment for several companies in their market penetration objectives of the Brazilian marketplace. Her experience different segments such as - B2B, Media, Supply Chain and others - also contributed to her ability to define the best positioning for each company regarding the local market characteristics and business perspectives. BRUNO MICHELOTTO is a experienced Start-up and Transformation manager, having done both in Latin America and EMEA, for external and internal clients. With more than 20 years of IT areas like Business Development, Sales Support, Consulting, Programme Management, Business Management, and Delivery of Offshore projects. Bruno has extensive knowledge and line management experience. Bruno has more than 15 years of Offshore working experience, developing and closing offshore deals, and delivering on the expected cost, time and quality. Bruno has extensive and successful track record working on both sending and receiving offshore sides in the Americas and European markets (USA, Brazil, Argentina, EU).
