As you enjoy your summer, keep in mind we have some important events coming up! I just wanted to remind our Membership to please look forward to our annual upcoming Golf Outing & Cocktail Party in September, which will be held at Wild Turkey Golf Coarse, the weekend of Sept.15th & 16th. This event is always a great enjoyable weekend for everyone, so please be sure to join us! Following the Golf Outing, we'll be holding our Table Top Show on September 17th. Please be sure to register for these events. You'll find all the forms in this newsletter, should you need another copy. Also don't forget, you, as members, have the opportunity to nominate a peer to the Hall of Fame. Please take a moment and give some thought as to whom you would like to see added to our Hall of Fame. NOMINATION FORM 2018 MFDA Hall of Fame Please consider nominating an MFDA member or associate who has made significant contributions to the industrial fastener industry to be part of the inaugural class of the MFDA Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame Inductee(s) will be announced at a later date during the year and will be announced. A scholarship will be given in honor of the inductee(s) at a later date-date to be announced. Qualifications: 1. Must live or have actively worked in MFDA geographical location (NY, NJ) 2. Must be, or have been, a member of the MFDA 3. Have minimum of 5 years in the industry 4. Has furthered the MFDA and/or the industrial fastener industry 5.
