Grad Organization What the school does: Grad ceremony, sponsors grad council, events for grads during the year, screening grad dates, security assistance, and ensure booking of venues.

What the parents/guardians do: Coordinate fundraising efforts Plan and put on the Prom/Super Grad celebration (food, security, entertainment, fundraising events, decorating, etc.) Host monthly Super Grad parent committee meetings. Roles: Chair, Co-chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and various sub-committees including: Fundraising, Food, Entertainment, Security, Decorating, etc.

Student Grad Council: participate in fundraisers (bottle drive, fashion show, grocery bagging, ticket sales, etc.) plans student grad events throughout the year

Expectations of Grads Unsanctioned grad events are not approved by the school and district. Grads could jeopardize their participation in school grad events if they make poor choices. Celebrate this huge accomplishment and make smart choices! Get involved in school based grad activities and fundraising!

To Do Tonight: Establish Chair and Co-Chair of parent group Establish Treasurer and Secretary Sign up for Sub Committees: Fundraising, Food, Entertainment, Security, Decorating Set monthly meeting time for Super Grad core parent group (typically one rep from each sub committee attends these).
