Game Night at SJC, November 16,1:30-3:45 pm RM 102, (The game that will be played is Shadow of the Colossus)- Mu Alpha Theta - Motion:Spectrum S.P.A.C.E Second: 2nd Chance F. Math Competition at MVC. Friday March 31,2017; 10:00 am- 2:00 pm. This math competition is to support the club mission of promoting scholarship and service in mathematics, RM: TBA - Mu Alpha Theta - Postponed until next semester G. Multi Player gaming event on the Menifee Campus. November 28; 4:30-6:30pm, RM 417. The game that will be available is Super Smash Bros.- Mu Alpha Theta - Motion:NerdSquad Second: Philosophical Society H. Triple Crown Elementary Clay Day. Elementary school visit and doing clay demos for the gate program kids Nov. 18th.- Ceramics Postponed Indefinitely VI. ICC Club Reports & Information A. ICC President/Meeting Chair -Jess: Deadline to submit agenda items is thursday @12pm. If sending an email about an event please include: Who, What, and When. SGA open forums are next week, MVC: Nov.21st, Rm.927, 2-3pm. SJC: Nov.22nd, 2-3pm, Theater. Food will be provided at the open forums. Safe Zone training will be taking place soon, with all of ICC interested we will send out more information in the future regarding the event. B. ICC Club Reps - Ted: Campus News club will be partnering with the city of Menifee to show the newly elected mayor: Neil Winter, Ask The Mayor - NerdSquad: Tournament will be held Wed. Nov.16th, 6-9pm, tickets presale at $7, @ the door $9, and general admission is $2 - Lawrence: BSU and Equity are hosting the Kwanzaa festival, Dec.9th, 1-4pm, SJC, located in front of the library. Looking for clubs interested in volunteering in the event. - 2nd Chance: Introduction to a 2nd Chance, Dec.8th, 3:15-5pm, MVC: rm.805, SJC: rm.1111, guest speakers include the original founder of a 2nd chance + more, refreshment will be served

- Masqueraders: Jazz event that was held on Sunday went very well, there was good music and it was a very nice event. C. ICC Advisor - Thank you to all the clubs that created a club email - Emails sent to ICC, or Casey need to be in the correct format - Club funds may take awhile, if you need money it is important that your club lets us know ASAP(6 weeks in advance would be suggested) - Lip Sync Battle contestants and winners, when ready to use the money earned contact Rebecca from foundation and let her know, CC Casey and then they will transfer the monies into your club account - Christmas Parades(Volunteers Needed), - 2016 Santa s Electric Parade(Temecula Parade): Friday Dec.2nd, 7pm, Contact Susan Farrington: sfarrington@msjc.edu - Hemet Christmas Parade: Dec.3, 10am-3pm, Contact Jose Hernandez: johernandez@msjc.edu - Calimesa Christmas Parade: Dec. 17th, 6-8pm, Contact Jose Hernandez: johernandez@msjc.edu VII.
