YOUTH NEWS & UPDATES Summer is upon us- kids are out of school, and parents are scrambling to keep the kids busy!! Foster parents are no different. Our 2 teams of Fostering Hope volunteers look for ways to help the foster youth have fun and enjoy their summer break. If you enjoy being with kids-especially teens, and you have time to give, please call or email to find out more about our ministry and how you can be involved. STEWARDSHIP IT S WHAT WE DO! STEWARDSHIP REFLECTION Sports Summer Camp Looking for a summer activity for your kiddos that will keep them active and entertained and safe? Then you won t want to miss this opportunity to sign them up for Mrs. Holden s Sports of All Sorts Summer Camp. We will be playing fun active games like scooter hockey, kickball, water balloons, Archery, parachute games, plus much more. Camp will be SOCIAL CONCERNS OUTREACH Soup Kitchen St. Paul staffs the Soup Kitchen on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month (also the 4th when there are 5). If you can find time in your schedule to volunteer, please contact Nancy Daly at 635-7087. Dates: June 21st **************************************************************** Are You Traveling This Summer Do you bring home the sample shampoos, conditioners and soaps from hotels when you have been on vacation? Are they taking up space in your bathroom or linen closet? Please donate them to the Marion House Soup Kitchen. In the summer there are a lot more people that need the services at Marion House. There is a shopping cart in the back of the church to put your donations and someone will pick them and take them to the Marion House on a weekly basis. held at St. Paul Catholic School.
