Links to these documents and further information can be found at: www.eea4edu.ro This application form is dedicated to HEIs from Romania. The applicant must send the application form and annexes using the documents available at www.eea4edu.ro The submission deadline to the PO is 27.04.2018 no later than 22.00 hours. Applications that do not respect this deadline will be rejected. Please note that modified, handwritten, faxed applications or those sent by email will not be considered. The form must be completed in English. It is imperative that the Annexes mentioned in 2018 Call for Proposals (Declaration of honour, table with detailed requested budget, timeline of activities, the copy of the cooperation agreement with Liechtenstein in case of a VET partner from Switzerland and the documents mentioned in the paragraph 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4.of the Call -if it is the case) are attached at the moment of on-line submission. BUDGET Please note that the grant for cooperation projects in Higher Education field will cover 100% of the total eligible costs. When calculating the travel, subsistence and staff costs please take into account the rates mentioned in Guideline for Applicants 2018. The total grant amount requested cannot be under 20 000 EUR and cannot exceed 200 000 EUR. In order to fill in the budget make sure that this is consistent with the planned activities mentioned in your application.
