As a largely selffunding, not-for-profit organisation, we chart our own course in our quest to improve healthcare training, and to yield improvements in patient outcomes. RCSI continues to be home to the National Surgical Training Centre and is responsible for delivering excellence in surgical education and training, setting and supporting the highest possible standards in surgical practice.
