Logging into the Mobility-Online System You can find the link to the Mobility-Online application in your business card in the UNIGRAZonline system. Go to the column Studies and select "International Relations". Link to Mobility- Online This link on your business card will lead you to the application website for different mobility programmes. In this section you have the possibility to create a new application or edit an already existing application. If you want to create a NEW application for an Erasmus+ Study Visit, select Creating a new application. 3 of 8
For the login in Mobility-Online always use your UNIGRAZonline login data (username and password)! Completing the application form (in Mobility-Online), part 1 After you logged in, the application form is displayed: Saving is only possible after entering all required data! 4 of 8
Please fill in the application form and select the preferred host universities that you want to apply for. In principle, the listed Erasmus+ study places are only available for the listed degree programmes. If you wish to apply for a place that is linked to a different degree programme than your own, please contact Mag. Anna Steiner or Mag. Karin Schwach (erasmus.outgoing@uni-graz.at). Please note: You can modify the selection and/or the ranking of the host universities until you submit the application. After completing the entire application form, please save your application. You can still edit most of the information entered up until this point at a later stage. Where necessary, help texts for the individual steps are available after the respective line. ATTENTION: If you do not complete and save this first step of the online application within 60 minutes, you will automatically be logged out and must restart. All data entered until then will be lost. After successfully saving your application form, you will receive an automatically generated email to your University of Graz email account providing information about the next application steps. Please also check your SPAM folder for the email just in case. Re-Entering Mobility-Online after the First Registration, part 2 You must re-enter Mobility-Online after completing the online application form. This can be done via the link provided in the previously received email or via the application page for different mobility programmes under the section "Editing an already created application" (see Logging into the Mobility-Online System, earlier in this document). 5 of 8

Application selection in Mobility-Online (after registration): Re-enter Mobility-Online, select the respective application and click on back to application workflow to see your entire application process (= application workflow ) and the necessary steps before and after your stay abroad in chronological order. You will also find information about the processing status of your application at the Office for International Relations. Your application process in Mobility-Online: 7 of 8
Uploading documents in Mobility-Online As a next step in Mobility-Online, you will need to upload your application documents. Please note that you have to upload all documents in pdf-format. Only one single pdf-file can be uploaded per document type! If you have to submit more documents per document type, please create ONE pdf-file to upload. Tip: On the website www.ilovepdf.com you can convert other formats into pdf-files. Submitting the printed application form to the Office of International Relations After uploading all documents necessary for the application, you must confirm (online) that you completed your application. Please print out the application form from Mobility- Online, sign it, attach a photo and hand it in to the Office of International Relations by the end of the application deadline (26 January 2018). Selection/Nomination for an Erasmus+ Study Visit After the application documents have been evaluated by the relevant Erasmus+ coordinator(s) (for selection criteria see p. 2), you will be notified via email about the nomination or rejection. In case of nomination this email will also provide you with further instructions for the next steps (application at the host university, application for the Erasmus+ mobility grant, Online Linguistic Support etc.) 8 of 8
