All three subjects who were under 21 had been consuming alcohol at an off-campus house party. POLICE : 7500 MENTAL HEALTH : 7541 DESPONDENT/SUICIDAL SUBJECT CENTER 2/4/201 1003 Incident Occurred Between: 2/4/201 1015 and 2/4/201 1040 CR1-000035 A 23 year old male who has no affiliation with Lewis called 911 from the LRC reporting that he was suicidal. The subject was located and transported to the hospital via ambulance for evaluation. POLICE : 700 DEPARTMENTAL SERVICES/ACTIVITIES : 717 ASSIST AMBULANCE CENTER 2/4/201 1003 Incident Occurred Between: 2/4/201 1015 and 2/4/201 1040 CR1-000035 A 23 year old male who has no affiliation with Lewis called 911 from the LRC reporting that he was suicidal. The subject was located and transported to the hospital via ambulance for evaluation. It was later determined the student posed no threat and is possibly on the autism spectrum.
