Extensions of Eligibility Window Possible for StG and CoG for documented cases of: Maternity 18 months per child (before or after PhD) or longer Paternity actual time taken off Military service (after PhD award) Medical speciality training (after PhD award) Long-term illness: over 90 days for the PI or a close family member (child, spouse, parent or sibling) after PhD award No limit to the total extension
