Greetings to all Ministers of St. Paul Parish Thank you all so much for continuing to come forward to serve our St. Paul Parish family during our Eucharistic Liturgies. I pray that your participation in these ministries greatly enhances your devotion to serving Christ in our world today. You are the role models for everyone here, especially our youth, and I thank you! Thank you all for your dedication to our parish ministries. Before Mass, please check to see if there is a sign on the cabinet door in the office with any special instructions. Also, please keep the doors closed up until five minutes before Mass begins to encourage meditative prayer and silence. I want to thank you for keeping an eye on the doors shortly after Mass begins to help welcome those and find them a place in the congregation. It is preferable that people not stand or sit in the back of church unless they have a certain need to. Your extra effort is appreciated. It would be helpful if you could arrive at least fifteen minutes before Mass so that we are not scrambling to find a substitute proclaimer. If a Deacon is not present, it is appropriate for the Book of Gospels to be processed forward by the proclaimer. Servers Please try to arrive at least fifteen minutes before the Mass is to begin. If you are on the schedule and you know that you will not make the Mass, please try to get a substitute. We could like to have three servers at each Mass. Thank you for those servers who fill in when you see the need! You play a very important part in the Mass and everybody sees what you are doing when you sit in front, so please do not play with your cross or your hair or swing your legs around during the Mass. Remember that if you are not carrying something on the altar, please have your hands in a prayerful position. Once again, thank you for all of the ministry work that you do at St. Paul Parish.
