The Systemic University Change Towards Internationalisation (SUCTI) project aims at empowering administrators to be agents of internationalisation at their higher education institutions (HEIs). Join this interactive seminar where you ll learn more about how you can help to internationalise non-academic staff at your institution. Learn how to implement, structure and deliver the training, explore do s and don ts and find out more about expected results. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Meeting point: main entrance of the Deusto Library This event is free for all participants but pre-registration is required. Please register at the Academy Information desk during coffee or lunch breaks. Dinner at Guggenheim Museum Bistro Wednesday, 19:30 21:30 Guggenheim Museum, Avenida Abandoibarra 2, Bilbao The cost of this event is 40 and preregistration is required. Register at the Academy Information desk during coffee or lunch breaks (until Tuesday 13:30). Welcome reception II Thursday, 17:15 18:45 Claustro of the University of Deusto, Avenida de las Universidades 24, Bilbao This Welcome reception is free for all participants (no registration is required).

PRACTICAL INFORMATION CATERING Coffee and lunch will be served in the Atrium located on the 4th floor of Deusto Library building. Coffee breaks will be daily between 10:30 11:00 and 15:00 15:30. Lunch will be served from 12:30 13:30. To enjoy a coffee before the Academy starts, please go to the cafeteria located on the ground floor of Deusto Library, which is open from 08:00. Please note that cash payment is required. CLOAKROOM A cloakroom is available in the Atrium of the Academy venue. Belongings can be brought to the classrooms, which will be locked during coffee breaks and lunches. Please take all valuable items with you at the end of the day. The EAIE is not liable for any loss or theft. FIRST AID Please contact a member of the EAIE staff for assistance at the EAIE Office located on floor 4E or at the Information desk in the Atrium. NAME BADGE Please wear your name badge at all times, including during the networking events for which you have registered. Without your name badge, you will not be granted access to the venue. WIRELESS INTERNET Wireless internet is available throughout the venue. Name: EAIE Password: deusto2018 ACCESS WITHIN THE BUILDING Each participant will receive an electronic key to access all Academy areas including their own course room. Please return your electronic key before leaving the Academy at the Deusto Library Service desk located on the ground floor.
