The Mitigation course begins at 8 a.m. on Wednesday and runs through the Mitigation exam Saturday morning. If you are interested only in mitigation and have not already taken a measurement course, you must attend all week to properly prepare for the mitigation exam. If you have already taken a measurement course you could attend the mitigation course from Wednesday thru Friday p.m. with the exam on Saturday morning. Course fee includes study materials, lunches and breaks all days except Wednesday and Saturday. Upon receipt of registration you will be sent an electronic confirmation letter and map. Upon payment you will be sent an email with study recommendations. Refund Policy If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $20.00 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received by the Division of Continuing Education by 5 p.m. on Monday January 20, 2014. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Registrants who do not cancel their registration are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend and have not paid the registration fee. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00. Cancellation Policy The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
