The facility has contacted Heritage Crystal Clean, LLC. for testing, removal, and disposal of the leachate. They are awaiting test results from Heritage Crystal Clean at this time. See attached photos 5 and 6. Category 2 Comments 22.904 (h) Adequate supervision of facility The transfer station shall have a licensed on-site operator who has been certified in accordance with Regulation Number 27 of the Commission on duty at all times the facility is open. Comments: The facility Operator s license has expired as of June 2014. According to Charles Jenkins, Facility Manager, they have scheduled an Internet update class for the month of February in order to get everyone s licenses renewed.
