NUECES COUNTY 4-H CONGRATULATIONS! To our Jayna Grove, our 2016-2017 Nueces County 4-H Council President, who was recently elected to serve in the 2016-2017 District 11 4-H Council. COMMUNITY SERVICE SPECIAL EFFORT Each year the Mother Teresa Mission for the homeless runs low on toilet paper. Could you help the mission by donating a package of tissue? For those who will be attending the banquet on August 4, could you, please, bring a package of toilet paper to the Nueces County 4-H Awards Banquet. ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2016-2017 4-H YEAR WILL BEGIN ON AUGUST 15, 2016 Texas 4-H is a club for kids in 3rd 12th grade, with programs for K-2. From food science and robotics to fashion design and photography, there s a 4-H activity for everyone. To contribute items to this newsletter for publication, the article must have a club manager s signature approval prior to submission. The 25 th day of current month is the deadline for the next month s issue. For the combined June/July issue, articles are due by May 25.
