Phase 35 Emergency Food and Shelter Program Competition Overview ROUND 2 In a comparison of the ratios of the awards made in Phase 33 and 34, all were consistent except the Rent/Mortgage and the Served Meals Categories. Rent/Mortgage was higher in Phase 35 than the average in 33 and 34. Alternately, the Served Meals was lower in Phase 35 than the average in 33 and 34. Therefore, an adjustment was made to redistribute the money from Rent/Mortgage to Served Meals to be consistent with past distribution ratios resulting in an availability of $130,000 of EFSP Funds for Phase 35 for Food Served Meals only.
