Den Leader of the Year: This award is for the Den Leader who has provided leadership and service above and beyond their duties as Den Leader. Pack Committee Member of the Year: This award is for the Pack Committee Member who has displayed outstanding leadership, vision and service to their Pack Committee. Scoutmaster of the Year: This award is for the Scoutmaster who has provided leadership and service above and beyond their duties as Scoutmaster. Assistant Scoutmaster of the Year: This award is for the Scoutmaster who has provided leadership and service above and beyond their duties as Asst. Scoutmaster. Troop Committee Member of the Year: This award is for the Troop Committee Member who has displayed outstanding leadership, vision and service to their Committee. Advisor of the Year: This award is for the Advisor or Associate Advisor of a Venturing Crew, Ship, or Explorer Post who has provided leadership and service above and beyond their duties as Advisor. Crew / Post Committee Member of the Year: This award is for the Crew, Ship, or Post Committee Member who has displayed outstanding leadership, vision and service to their committee. Rookie of the Year: This award is for a volunteer not registered anywhere in BSA before January 1, 2018 who has displayed outstanding leadership, vision and service to Scouting. Scouter of the Year: District Scouter that has given exceptional service to the District. Awarded by District Chairman.
