Community Discovery Coastal Data Request Form Thank you for taking the time to complete this questionnaire. We are interested in obtaining coastal-specific data for your community. It will provide important information to help FEMA understand coastal flood risk issues in your community and to work with you in increasing your community s resilience to coastal flooding through implementation of the Risk MAP program. In addition, this form can be used as a way to prepare for the upcoming Discovery Meeting, as the topics on this form will be discussed throughout the meeting.
