Modalities of engagement As per the existing terms & conditions already notified. Law Five Interns for Headquarters One Intern each for Regional Offices 1. Law intern may be taken from National Law Universities or any other recognised university having 3 / 5 years Law Degree Course 2. This attachment shall be subject to an assessment which will depend upon the area of engagement of Law intern and will be done by concerned Law officer (senior-most) to whom the intern will report 3. Remuneration:- Rs.12,000/- PM for the interns who have completed the course.

Rs.10,000/- PM for the interns who are in the mid of the course 4. Period of Internship:- As per National Law University Manual (Jodhpur), internship may be undertaken during vacation period i.e. atleast 6 weeks in summer vacation and 4 weeks in winter vacation. In case of extension of prescribed period of the internship, the student has to seek prior permission in writing from the Vice Chancellor or as applicable as per the rules of institution Discipline NO. of Trainees to be engaged Modalities of engagement Chartered Accountancy Architecture & Planning Ten students for Headquarters or Regional Offices, wherever possible HUDCO has been included in approved list of companies which can impart training to Chartered Accountant students under the supervision of a Chartered Accountant in its employment as per the CA regulations. The Institute is being approached to register our ROs in the respective Regional Chapters for the purpose of industrial training of CAs and ROs shall be notified soon about the same Ten students 1. Students both undergraduate and postgraduate from the architecture and planning discipline to be

taken as trainees 2. Students of private and government colleges with due recognition / approval of UGC and or AICTE to be taken as trainees 3.Students with formal letter of request from the HoD / Principal / Director of the institution explicitly stating the required duration of the training to be considered 4. The duration of the training period should be as per the requirement of the course being pursued by the student 5. The students to be taken as trainees on first come first serve basis 6. Architecture and planning trainees may also be taken in RO that has consultancy assignments subject to requirement to be decided by the concerned consultancy incharge and with due approval from HO 7. The undergraduate students shall be paid an honorarium Rs.6,000/- PM and the postgraduate students shall get an honorarium of Rs.8,000/- PM 8. Honorarium to be paid only to those students for whom internship / training is a mandatory requirement of the

curriculum for a degree in architecture and planning 9.. Students of architecture and planning doing training / internship in HUDCO if required may also be used for field visits / survey. In such case the tour programme of the trainee / intern may be approved by the HoD and he / she would be eligible for TA & DA as per the terms and conditions in case of tours of CS and ICAI trainees. The total number of candidates in respect of Architecture / Planning discipline and Chartered Accountancy students shall be decided at Headquarters and the interested Deptts. / Regional Offices may send in their requests so that decision can be taken on allocation of number of candidates in each discipline in different Departments / Regional Offices.
