Public Presentations A representative for Richard Papst addressed the Commission on behalf of his client, Arthur Norris, petition for relief. Mr. Papst requested that a letter be read into the record as he was unable to attend personally. Mr. Norris would ask that the Commission give consideration to hearing his request to reclassify his time away from county service as an unpaid leave of absence rather than as a resignation and rehire. Mr. Papst asked that the Commission set aside time to hear the petition so Mr. Norris can have some due process consideration of his petition and request. There has been no contact from Mr. Sergi. Due to the length of time this matter has been pending, the Commission made the motion to remove the matter from the agenda until such time either party makes a request to reschedule hearing dates.
