Keep your eye on the weather report for that one week of nice weather we always get before it is suddenly 90 degrees and humid every day. I, for one, can t wait to get outside and enjoy some sun in my new ASCE speedo. Matt Hubel, PE, M.ASCE In March, the Environmental Technical Committee hosted our Section Meeting. At this meeting, Robert Parker, PE of Olsson Associates presented on the EPA Clean Water Act and Waters of the US. It was a very informative and timely presentation.
