2018 PPAI RAC Volunteer Of The Year Nomination Form The PPAI RAC Volunteer of the Year Award is presented to regional association members, past and present who have demonstrated an outstanding level of volunteer leadership and made other signigicant and measurable contributions to a Regional Association.
ELIGIBILITY Nomination Form SM PPAI RAC Volunteer Award An eligible candidate must: Have been employed (for a minimum of five years) with or retired from a regional association member company in good standing May be living or deceased Have contributed time and talents to a Regional Association and served at least one term on a regional association board or committee. Not be an active member of the Regional Association staff. Cannot be a current member of the RAC Board or Nomination Advisory Group. Must be off RAC Board and Nomination Advisory Group two years before being eligible for nomination. DEADLINES FOR NOMINATION Opens - April 16, 2018 Closes - May 18, 2018 A special thank you to our award sponsor NOMINATION AND SELECTION PROCEDURE Nominations for the PPAI RAC Volunteer Award shall be submitted by Regional Association members, committee or action group members, PPAI management staff (president, vice presidents and department directors with input from remaining staff who have frequent contact with volunteers), and PPAI s Board of Directors. RAC Board of Directors and Advisory Group members are not permitted to make or second nominations. All nominations must also include a supporting letter signed by two Association Board Officers. The nominations will be forwarded to the Advisory Group who will select the award recipients. The Advisory Group may select a maximum of two award recipients each year. It is possible there may be some years when there will be no award recipient. Upon the specific recommendation of the Advisory Group, a nomination may be carried over for one year. This form is only to be used to help gather details and information about the person you d like to nominate.
