Key issues in EU R&I Mid-term review of Europe 2020 Future policies post 2020 in research and innovation start of debate Lund revisited 4 th December 2015 (Lund) Societal challenges approach Alignment Global mobilisation Robust ecosystem based on frontier research Real impact in implementation
ERRIN comments on Lund paper More attention to impact in future programmes Stronger focus on the roles of key stakeholders in European Research Area who does what? Regional dimension needs to be addressed to identify where regions might add value and relevance Stronger focus on overarching EU goals and objectives and actions e.g. future Europe2020 ; Juncker Investment Plan; smart specialisation and synergies More analysis of the citizen dimension and changes engendered by Open Science Open source Big data
