- OFFCE OF THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE 1950 DEFENSE PENTAGON WASHNGTON, DC 20301-1950 ADMNSTRATON AND MANAGEMENT Ref: 1 0-A-1369 SEP/1 0 2012 This responds to your November 11, 2010, Freedom oflnformation Act (FOA) appeal, regarding the no records determination you received in response to your July 28, 2010, FOA request. For your appeal, the Defense Privacy and Civil Liberties Office (DPCLO) performed a new search for records responsive to your request. During the search, 20 pages from the 2007-2008 meetings were located. The withheld information contained in these pages is exempt from release because it applies to information, which if released, would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of individuals. Consequently, this information is exempt from release pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552 (b)(6). Finally, records for DPCLO meeting minutes and agendas from 2000 to 2006 could not be located. Therefore, am affirming the initial no record determination concerning these years. You have the right to judicial review of this decision in a United States District Court, in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a)(4)(B). Enclosures: As Stated Sincerely, #<t ~'Y' William E.
