Supporting Our Students

As a project of the Sisterhood, Cottey College may contact state, province, district project chairmen. State, province, district Cottey Chairmen may contact local chairmen. Our contact with local chapters is limited, but state, province, district Cottey Chairmen may send emails and updates, as needed. We refer people seeking information to the state, province, district Cottey Chairmen when we are asked questions concerning adopt-a-suite programs or adopt-a-student programs.

State Cottey Committee Chairmen and Project Advisors You will be able to find your state/district/provincial Cottey Chairmen and Advisor information on your state/district/provincial website. This statement is on our website you can help us tell the truth!

When your LOCAL chapters volunteer to help, have a plan in place!

Helpful facts to keep in mind when you make your plans: Current student lists are given to state Cottey chairmen and advisors TWICE a year. These lists are updated throughout the year to reflect room changes, semesters abroad, and withdrawals. Please Remember: The College cannot release information pertaining to a student's decision to withdraw from the College. If sending perishable items, keep in mind that students often leave campus early at the end of semesters and mid-semester breaks. Also, you may want to indicate that there are perishable items on the outer packaging, as many suites wait to open packages together. Please remember that if you send gift cards, it is better to send gift cards to the places nearby.

The adopt-a-student and adopt-a-suite programs are coordinated by the individual state/district/provincial Cottey committees. Adopt-A-Suite and Adopt-A-Student Programs
