Frobas and his faculties at DWC were revoked on 01/27/1987. A 12/22/1987, St. Louis Post Dispatch article indicated that Fr. Frobas, at the age of 49, was indicted for inappropriate contact with minors (2). He eventually pled guilty and entered a plea agreement for five years in prison which translated to approximately 18 months and probation.
