ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING Online Appointment Booking allows the patient to schedule an appointment with a healthcare professional without having to call, fax and/or go to the clinic. In most Canadian clinics, patients must call to get an appointment. Patients often encounter busy lines or are put on-hold for a long time before being able to speak to an assistant. Administrative staff spend countless hours of their day booking, handling or modifying appointments which incur high costs. The low cost Online Appointment Booking solution lets patients easily and quickly book an appointment with a healthcare professional, which increases satisfaction on both the patient and the clinic side, as well as decreases costs. - customizable clinic dashboard - turn on/off appointment types - customize qualifying questions and messages to patients - patient can cancel appointment online
