Welcome to SmartRecruiters A Secure online tool that helps you manage your hiring process from start to finish. SmartRecruiters lets you quickly and easily create job posts and track applicants so you can find the best talent for your business. Follow the steps to start posting jobs. Happy Hiring! Step 1 Sign up through the unique link provided by LeadingAge Minnesota, using your LinkedIn account or create a new account. While we are currently working on alternative Industry categories, we advise you to use Hospital and Health Care for now. After signing up, through this link you will have the ability to post jobs automatically to the AgingServicesJobs.org website. Once you are logged in, click the Jobs tab from the main navigation at the top of the screen.

Step 2 Once in the jobs tab you can create your own job by clicking the Create a Job button. SmartRecruiters has provided an easy job template to help you provide the necessary information needed to find top talent. Step 3 Fill out the empty fields with specific information about your job position. You can add or edit job locations, descriptions and qualifications. Click the Next to continue to the Add More Details page. If you have invited other members of your team to SmartRecruiters, you can add them to the Hiring Team for each job posting to have access. When you are finished adding all of the appropriate information about the job, click Next.

Step 4 On the select Job Boards page you have the opportunity to choose from several additional fee for service jobs boards where you could post your job. Keep in mind that your jobs will automatically be posted to the AgingServicesJobs.org and several other FREE job boards. Selecting to purchase a posting from the list is OPTIONAL and the fees available represent reduced rates. On the right side of the page you will see a tally of the places where your job will be posted. Click Next when you are finished.

Step 5 Once you reach the Post Job page you can choose to have your jobs posted as a status update in your social network feeds by checking the desired boxes. You can then preview your job post, save the job post and return to it later, or cancel the post. If you are ready to submit your job, click Post Job. That s it! In 5 easy steps you are ready to start hiring!

Quick Tips SmartRecruiters is flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs. Follow the instructions below for various ways to customize your SmartRecruiters account. Invite Other People From Your Company If there are multiple people in your company that take part in your hiring process you can add them to your SmartRecruiters account, allowing them to create job posts, edit posts or review applicants. On the Home page, click Invite Other People From Your Company. There are no limits to the number of users that you can add to SmartRecruiters. Add a SmartRecruiters tab to Your Facebook Page In addition to having your jobs posted in your social network feeds, you can also add a SmartRecruiters Careers tab to your Facebook page. On the Home page, click the Get Careers App button. You will be redirected to Facebook, where you can complete the process. The jobs you post through SmartRecruiters will then be listed under the Careers tab on your Facebook page. Connect Your Social Sites With SmartRecruiters You can link Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to your SmartRecruiters account. When linked to your account, any job you create will automatically appear as a status update on your social networking sites with a link to the job post. From the Home page, click Connect LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter Accounts. You will then be able to enter information for your personal social networking sites and link them to your SmartRecruiters account. Create a Career Page and Job Widget You can create a professional career site on your own website within minutes. From the Home page, click Advertise Your Jobs on Your Website. You can take advantage of a branded URL, pre-set templates, plug and play interactive components, and more. You do not need to be a web designer because it is all drag and drop functionality.
