ARRES/PROALE CAUSE AFFIDAVI / 5 Defendant's Name GLENN, ANONIO he undersigned certifies and swears that he/she has just and reasonable grounds to believe, and does believe that the above named Defendant on uesday August 8H 07, at approximately 03:6, at S MONORE S did the following violation of law: PROALE CAUSE EMPLAE - ORIGINAL REPOR ================================================ IME OF ARRES (ARRESEE IN PHYSICAL CUSODY): 3:3 AM DEFENDAN NAME: Antonio R Glenn Sex M DO 0/5/00 Agency Report 7-6485 DO: 0/5/00 FACS O SUPPOR AOVE CHARGE(S): On 08/08/07 at 3:6AM, Ann's Communications (oost Mobile) was burglarized at S Monroe St A side window was broken and two subjects entered the location and stole several items of value, to include several new and used cell phones, and a laptop computer Patrol officers responded to the scene and collected the needed information for the report and requested forensics to process the scene Forensic Specialist Kornegay responded and processed the scene lood and latent prints were collected and impounded as evidence he following day Investigator Campbell responded to the location and collected a copy of the video surveillance he video showed two small frame black males enter the store through the broken side window at 3:6AM Once inside, the males began rummaging through the store and collecting items On camera, one male can be seen walking around the counter and grabbing a laptop and coins from a cash register drawer he other male can be observed walking through out the business and collecting small items that appear to be cell phones After several minutes inside the location, the subjects can be observed leaving with several items in their possession At 3:AM the same two males enter the store again and collect additional items, after inside for a few minutes the male subjects exit out of the rear door of the business On 08/0/07 at approximately 3:0AM, patrol officers observed three small frame black males in the area of S Monroe St ased on recent burglaries in the area the officers observed their behavior from a concealed position After several minutes of watching the subjects walk around the business and exhibit behavior that is not normal for a closed shopping complex the officers made contact with the three males ased on the observations, the officers began to investigate the three males for Loitering and Prowling in the area Once the three males could not provide a reason for being in the area, they were detained I was contacted in regards to the above listed burglary I informed the on scene officers of the video inside the location I explained based on the quality of the video from the burglary an identification could be made if the subjects were involved I responded to the allahassee Police Department and printed the still images from the burglary at Ann's Communications I compared the still images from the burglary at Ann's Communications to the males that were detained wo of the three males were a match for the images he two were identified as Antonio Glenn and Antonio

ARRES/PROALE CAUSE AFFIDAVI Anderson, both juveniles he two were placed in interview rooms to be interviewed 3/ 5 Investigator urton and I entered the room to speak with the first male, now identified as Antonio Glenn Glenn was read his Miranda Rights by Investigator urton and Prior to exiting the interview room, Investigator urton asked Glenn if he would write a sworn written statment about his involvement Investigator urton provided the instructions and read him the Oath/Perjury Warning Glenn did as requested and provided a statement he statement was consistent with the last account provided by Glenn Investigator urton and I entered the interview room with the second male, now identified as Antonio Anderson Anderson appeared asleep when we entered the room We gave Anderson a few minutes to wake up Investigator urton read Anderson his Miranda Rights, and Anderson was informed he would be transferred to JAC shortly Anderson did not respond and placed his head back on the table ased on the above facts, evidence, and interview with Glenn, I believe probable cause exist for both Glenn and Anderson for urglary of Structure and Grand heft PLACE AN "X" IN FRON OF ALL HA APPLY: XX Supplemental Reports Submitted Victim Statement Submitted Witness Statement(s) Submitted XX Suspect/Arrestee Statement Impounded XX Property Impounded Vehicle owed
